
We distinguish 3 situations in case of a defect:
1) You unpack the machine and it does not appear to work.
- Contact Cashtester on +31(0)88 6 288 288 and fill in the RMA request. And we will ensure that your machine is replaced for free.
2.) You have a defect in the first year after purchase.
-

- 
You will send the machine to Cashtester at your expense. 
- 
Cashtester repairs the machine and sends it back at Cashtester's expense. 
- 
You pay only the cost of shipping to Cashtester. Labor wages, spare parts and transportation are returned to you by Cashtester 
3.) You have a defect at the end of the warranty period.
- You can choose to send the machine to us. In all cases, labor costs, parts and shipping costs are for you.
