An RMA form is required for all products that you want to return and there are 2 options for this:

1.: You can download the RMA form via this link, fill it in and then print it and send it with the device to be repaired.

2.: You can request an RMA number and form in advance by filling in the form below. Please complete as completely as possible. As soon as the information is received you will receive an RMA form by e-mail within 2 working days, which you can send with the product.

All fields marked with * are mandatory for proper progress.

Warranty provision:

If after investigation it appears that the defect of the product was caused by improper use or falls outside the warranty, the products will not be replaced or reimbursed. After consultation, the products are deposited or returned at shipping costs.

Cashtester reserves the right to return products that are returned without an RMA form to the customer without giving a reason.

 We distinguish 3 situations in case of a defect:

 1) You unpack the machine and it does not appear to work.

• Contact Cashtester on +31(0)88 6 288 288 and fill in the RMA request. And we will ensure that your machine is replaced for free.

 2.) You have a defect in the first year after purchase.

• Contact Cashtester on +31(0)88 6 288 288 and fill in the RMA request

• You will send the machine to Cashtester at your expense.

• Cashtester repairs the machine and sends it back at Cashtester's expense.

• You pay only the cost of shipping to Cashtester. Labor wages, spare parts and transportation are returned to you by Cashtester

3.) You have a defect at the end of the warranty period.

• You can choose to send the machine to us. In all cases, labor costs, parts and shipping costs are for you.
